WHO DOES BUD HIRE TO CLEAN MY HOME?
Our cleaners are chosen by our experienced management team. A thorough background investigation, including personal and employment histories, is done prior to hiring.

SHOULD I FEEL SECURE WTIH BUD'S CLEANING?
Bud's Cleaning is a local cleaning service which has been in business since 1997. We are pleased to provide references upon request. We carry insurance and each of our cleaners are bonded. We will also mail you a certificate of our insurance and a copy of our license upon request.

WHAT ARE BUD'S GOALS?
Customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. We realize that every home and customer while alike in some aspects, is different in other aspects. For this reason, we emphasize flexibility in meeting your cleaning needs. Just tell us what works for you and we will work out a plan and make it happen.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE?
You don't have to be present when we clean. We ask that you leave a key for us or make other arrangements so we may gain acesss if you are away.

CAN I MAKE THE CLEANING PROCESS SMOOTHER?
We do appreciate if things are in their proper places as this helps us do a better cleaning job for you.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
We notify you immediately by phone if we accidently break or damage something in your home or office. If we can't reach you by phone, we'll leave a note. We will repair the damaged item or replace it.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING SUPPLIES? Buds Cleaning brings supplies
Each cleaner brings all the necessary supplies and equipment to clean your home or office. If you require a special product that we do not normally carry, we ask that you provide it.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?
Just notify us within 24 hours if for any reason you are not pleased. We guarantee our work so if we can't make it right, we will refund your money.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
We understand if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. We ask that you call us and give us 72 hours notice.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept checks made payable to Bud's Cleaning. Your payment is due when the job is completed.
